2. Should have created some of their own app and web designs in the past
3.Proven knowledge in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
4.An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious and excellent attention to detail.
5.Should be able to design over photoshop & illustrator
