It is difficult for them to handle the powerful emotions of love, anger, autonomy and end up with temper tantrums, meltdowns, persistent whining and disruptive behaviour. New parents are always on the edge and found less confident on their parenting styles. Nuclear families and modern lifestyles make it even more difficult at times.

If the behaviour lasts for more than 6 months and is not corresponding with the child’s age, an early intervention is required. A comprehensive assessment of the child’s behaviour will help to determine the cause and find the answer.
