Ways to do work life balance:

    Parenting

By the time a woman goes beyond 45 years of her age, her family responsibilities take a back seat as her kids grow up and become independent. Her parenting responsibilities tone down, and she gets back to her usual self. This may lead to a bit of sadness as the kids who are always after her are now engaged in their own lives. But you should enjoy this phase too, just like the other phases of your life, by engaging with your friends and spending quality time with them.

     Exercise and Yoga

As this phase is associated with many physical and mental changes, yoga and meditation are your best survivors. Do yoga to stay physically fit and meditation to be mentally strong. Yoga poses will give you physical strength and flexibility. You can also indulge yourself in other forms of exercises to stay fit or lose weight.

    Nutrition and diet

As age progresses, metabolism also slowly decreases, which means women should only eat food that is healthy for their bodies. Here is a list to consider in terms of diet and nutrition:

    • Restrict calories from beverages containing sugar, sweets and other junk food
    • Eat a variety of whole foods & flour
    • Add lot of beans and leafy greens in your daily diet
    • Do take seasonal fruits everyday
    • Take milk and milk products for healthy bones and teeth
    • Add different nuts for healthy skin and hair
