By the time a woman goes beyond 45 years of her age, her family responsibilities take a back seat as her kids grow up and become independent. Her parenting responsibilities tone down, and she gets back to her usual self. This may lead to a bit of sadness as the kids who are always after her are now engaged in their own lives. But you should enjoy this phase too, just like the other phases of your life, by engaging with your friends and spending quality time with them.

Yoga poses will give you physical strength and flexibility. You can also indulge yourself in other forms of exercises to stay fit or lose weight.
