Just hold your excitement for few more days, as you have now completed 35 weeks of your pregnancy and within few more days your bundle of joy will be in your arms. Baby's immune system continue to develop by antibodies received from mothers’ body.
During these final days of your pregnancy, you should be more cautious and observe every sign of your body very carefully. You may experience following late-pregnancy signs and discomforts:
Exercise and physical activity
These are the final days of your pregnancy and you must be feeling discomfort and difficulty in walking, getting up or lying down. But even in this situation, you should not stop exercise, walk or yoga . Also, continue practicing deep breathing and relaxation techniques .Do some pelvic floor exercises to strengthen the muscles which support your bladder. Ensure to take some rest. keep your feet elevated and try to sleep on the left side to maintain proper blood circulation. Do everything in limit and do not exhaust yourself with any exercise.
